Absolutely. We encourage you to "claim your throne." You are welcome to paint, hang decor, and bring in your own furniture to make the space truly yours. We only ask that the suite be returned to its original state should you choose to move your "reign" elsewhere.

Yes! We offer "Suite Sharing" options for those who want to split their time or collaborate with another licensed professional. Both parties must be listed on the lease agreement and meet our professional requirements.
